T'ai Chi Ch'uan
This Ancient art teaches how to know one's self and improve one's well-being, both physically and psychologically. If you are new to T'ai Chi Ch'uan, please let the instructor know and he will provide a tutorial for you at the beginning of class. Please also check out some beginner moves here:

Instructor
Rand Adams is a psychologist who has worked in the field for thirty years. He uses third wave cognitive therapies in his practice which incorporate mindfulness/breathing exercises as part of therapy. He has also been a student of Taijiquan and qigong for over forty years, and has taught at Pathways as a volunteer for over twenty five years, and at St. Louis Park Community Ed. For several years.
