The mission of St. Louis Park Community Education is to enhance the quality of life through lifelong learning and empowerment of people. St. Louis Park Community Education is a department of St. Louis Park Public Schools. We support lifelong learning at every level, with programs for infants through senior citizens.

Blue Zones are areas around the world with the highest concentration of centennials. One of the commonalities among these regions are their dietary habits. Join us to learn what dietary habits these regions share to help prevent chronic illnesses and extend life to the fullest! Food products and samples will be provided to help implement these diet recommendations at home.
Beginner Mahjong
In this beginner American Mahjong class, you’ll learn: tiles; basic rules; how to form sets; create a hand & setup; play a game - skills to play confidently. Challenge your mind, improve memory, & practice strategic thinking. It brings people together, offering entertainment & stress relief. Participants may purchase Mahjong cards directly from the instructors for $15.
Yoga for Chronic Pain: Gentle Strength + Mobility for
Real-Life Relief
A supportive, pain-informed yoga class for people living with chronic pain, stiffness, or movement hesitation, combining gentle strength, mobility, breath, and nervous-system awareness to help participants move with greater confidence and ease.
