Class is designed to help the younger child become comfortable in the around water. Adults will learn how to help the child in the water and learn water safety tips. Beginning swimming skills are taught through practice and song and games. Children who are not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper. Spring 2026 Shorty Beginner Swim LessonsAquaticsThis class is designed for the 3 - 6 year old who is comfortable being in the water with a teacher and hanging on the side for short periods of time. Skills include blowing bubbles, floats on front & back, submerging, and arms and legs while swimming on front and back. Small class ratio. Children will repeat this class until they can touch the bottom of our pool comfortably (42"at chin). Class may be repeated many times.
