Drums Alive® Golden Beats®
Drums Alive® Golden Beats® empowers seniors to improve their fitness, motivation, and overall well-being, promoting active aging. Healthy active adults who are mentally, physically, emotionally, and socially engaged will enjoy independence, live longer, and enjoy a higher quality of life. Drums Alive® Golden Beats® incorporates drumming, dancing, and music. Please wear comfortable workout clothes.
If you are participating as a drop-in, please bring $12 for each class. Exact change is appreciated.
If class is full, please enroll to be added to the waitlist. We will contact you if a space becomes available.
My Buan-Bertucci
Instructor
Maria earned a Bachelor of Music with a focus on Music Therapy from the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities School of Music. She founded Music Sense, LLC in 2001, providing on-site and virtual music therapy sessions. Maria also teaches Drums Alive® Golden Beats classes to promote health and wellness across all age groups and abilities.
