Discover Your Inner Artist

Always wanted to learn to paint, but didn’t know where to start? Have you been looking for a community of supportive people to help you grow as an artist? Join this group of beginning and skilled painters to discover or enhance your style. Work in whatever medium you choose—acrylic, oil, watercolor or pastels—and learn the skills you need to enhance your art. Gain confidence in your ability to translate your subject to canvas as you strengthen your observational skills, and build a reliable process for planning and developing your voice. In this class, Instructor Suzi McCardle is available to demonstrate a variety of techniques using different mediums and offer one-on-one feedback of your work upon request. Time for you to focus on your creative process will be emphasized in this workshop. Basic art supplies are all you need. 

If you're unsure what medium you'd like to work in, just come to the first class! The instructor will help you decide. You’ll be able to use her materials to explore your interests, and she’ll help you build a personalized supply list based on what you enjoy.
