A supportive, pain-informed yoga class for people living with chronic pain, stiffness, or movement hesitation, combining gentle strength, mobility, breath, and nervous-system awareness to help participants move with greater confidence and ease. Learn practical strategies for pacing, managing flare-ups, and exploring movement without pushing through pain.Living with chronic pain can make movement feel confusing, frustrating, or intimidating. This class offers a supportive, pain-informed approach to yoga that blends breath, gentle strength, mobility, and nervous-system awareness. Participants will learn how to move with more confidence, pace themselves wisely, and explore movement without forcing or pushing through pain. Each class includes accessible yoga-based movement, breath practices, body awareness, and practical tools for managing flare-ups and daily discomfort. This class is designed for real-life bodies and all experience levels. Movements can be adapted for different needs, and participants are encouraged to work at their own pace. Participants will learn how to: • Use breath and gentle movement to support pain regulation. • Build strength and mobility in an accessible, sustainable way. • Practice pacing strategies to reduce overdoing and flare-ups. • Increase confidence and trust in the body. • Adapt yoga practices to meet individual needs.
