Mandala + Mind: Drawing for Calm, Focus & Nervous System Regulation
No art experience needed. This guided class introduces a simple mandala-based drawing practice designed to calm the body, focus the mind, and support nervous-system regulation. Using basic shapes, lines, circles, and patterns, participants will explore drawing as a grounding practice rather than an art performance.
Brief, accessible nervous-system education is woven throughout the class, helping participants understand how rhythm, repetition, breath, and visual focus can support stress relief and embodied awareness. Participants will leave with a practical centering tool they can use at home with just paper and pen.
This class is ideal for anyone looking for a creative, calming practice to reduce stress, improve focus, and return to center. No drawing skill or prior meditation experience required
Children ages 12+ are welcome to attend with a registered adult; both participants must be paid registrations.
If class is full, please enroll to be added to the waitlist. We will contact you if a space becomes available.
