You’ll walk away understanding yourself better—and with realistic steps you can actually take. In this session, we’ll cover: Why sentimental items are so emotionally sticky The science of “decision fatigue” and how it paralyzes us How clutter can protect us from fear, grief, and change The mindset shift you need to finally get started If class is full, please enroll to be added to the waitlist.
