Inspired by high energy and motivating Latin and International music, Zumba is a dynamic, exciting, effective head-to-toe fitness system. Zumba combines fast and slow paced rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using aerobic interval training. Come ready for a workout in tennis shoes. Bring a water bottle and a sweat towel.

Katherine McGraw is a St. Louis Park resident & mother of 4 beautiful teenagers. She exudes a passion for fitness & has been teaching a wide variety of group fitness classes throughout the Twin Cities area since being certified in 1988.She is certified in ACE and BOSU, and licensed in Zumba, Zumba Toning, Zumba Gold, Zumba Core & Zumba Glutes.
