The course includes diagnostic testing, strategic instruction, and applied testing to all areas covered on the ACT. A major objective of the Advantage course is to help students stay abreast of any changes in the constantly evolving ACT test. This is an excellent alternative for any student unable to attend in-school class or for students who prefer to prepare for the ACT exam on their own and at their desired pace. Athletes will learn several Olympic-style events such as the 50m Dash, 100m Dash, 4X1 Relay, Long Jump, Standing Broad Jump, Shot Put, Javelin Throw, and Discus. Each athlete will get their times and throws recorded each day so they can track their improvement throughout the program.
