Introduction to Meditation
Meditation can naturally lead to letting go of suffering and help you become aware of your own inherent wisdom. It can also aid in learning ability, stress reduction and memory retention. This class will introduce you to 4 types of meditation and help you find the type that works best for you: Mindfulness, Walking, Chakra and Standing.
