Friends in the Kitchen

Get ideas for new recipes, new cooking techniques and tips for cooking for 1 and healthy eating on a budget! Learn how to make flavorful, healthy meal choices you can cook at home - taste them in class - and go home with the recipes. The meals are designed to be freezer-ready, shareable, and they avoid using processed ingredients. The class is geared toward those who have mobility limitations, special dietary needs, or want to learn how to eat healthy without spending a lot of money. There is no cost to attend the class, but please register in advance!
