In this beginner-friendly Dungeons & Dragons workshop, families will create their own characters, explore mysterious lands, and work together to complete exciting quests. No experience needed—just bring your creativity and sense of adventure! Children who register must be in grades 3rd and above. Join us on a family nature walk at Westwood Hills Nature Center. Led by a naturalist, we will walk through Westwood and learn about the marsh, woods and restored prairie, and we may even see deer, fox, mink, and owls! Participants should meet at the front of the building prior to each walk. This is an inclusive walk and all are welcome!

Families and students ages 5+ are invited to design, decorate, and build their own festive gingerbread masterpiece using candy, frosting, and plenty of imagination. All supplies are provided, just bring your creativity and teamwork! Once the frosting settles, participants will vote for their favorite creations to crown the ultimate gingerbread champions!
