Harmony in the Home: Where Care, Connection and Music Meet

We’re not meant to go it alone—and our health reflects that. In this thoughtful, no-pressure panel, a home care representative and music therapist share how connection and companionship play a powerful role in daily physical health. Through research and lived experience, you’ll discover how meaningful interactions can calm the body, support the brain, and brighten each day.
