I have my Bsc in Pharmacy and am originally from Canada. I have moved multiple times, been through a divorce, I have experienced being an empty nester and had to find and change my career. All of these required me to re-invent myself to change with my circumstances. I attended a Therapeutic Coaching course at the Meta Institute (no longer exists) including healing and instruction in NLP techniques and hypnosis. The course made me aware of limiting beliefs, my values, how to be an active listener, sparked my interest in self discovery, and so much more. My desire to inspire women, to hear their stories and to encourage them to take the time they now have in this chapter of their lives to truly know themselves through self discovery, facing fears, challenging long held beliefs and taking small steps that will accumulate to bigger changes and self fulfillment, purpose and joy. I am creative and I am currently an Optician at the Spectacle Shoppe in St Louis Park where I enjoy assisting people to find that pair of glasses that reveals who they are and makes them light up. I have facilitated a similar class at Well Within in Woodbury (no longer exists) with a group of women. I have a passion for sharing resources and I am currently coaching at Dress For Success to facilitate change for women. I will not be using hypnosis or NLP processes in this class.
