Advanced Rollers/Springers Gymnastics

This class is designed for athletes who have mastered basic gymnastics skills and are ready for the next challenge. Gymnasts will continue developing strength, flexibility, and technique while working on more advanced skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor. Athletes will refine skills such as cartwheels, handstands, bridges, pullovers, and beam movements while progressing toward round-offs, back walkovers, and other intermediate-level skills. Previous gymnastics experience or instructor recommendation is encouraged.

Suggested prerequisite for Intermediate: Ability to perform a cartwheel, handstand, bridge kickover (or close to achieving one), and demonstrate safe, independent participation on all events.
