Basics of Estate Planning

Estate Planning 101 is an introductory course designed to help individuals and families understand the fundamentals of estate planning and why it matters. This course covers the core documents involved in a comprehensive estate plan, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and beneficiary designations. Participants will also learn about probate, incapacity planning, and common mistakes that can create unnecessary stress and expense for loved ones. The goal of the course is to make estate planning approachable, practical, and easy to understand, regardless of age or financial situation. Time is reserved at the end for any questions that you may have or were not covered
