Women's Self Defense Workshop

This self-defense seminar will help participants ages 13 and older gain the strategies and skill sets in order to protect themselves from attack situations that are common and unique to women. The students will acquire situational awareness, preemptive tactics, escape maneuvers, verbal interventions, physical techniques, and proficiency in the use of self-defense devices, in order to quickly and effectively end any assault. An emphasis will also be placed on the empowerment of the mind, which is critical to successfully prevailing in a dangerous encounter.

Participants ages 13-17 must have a registered adult attend with them.
